We take interior and exterior finishing seriously, delivering our projects on time and within budget.
 

Certified Finishers works all over the Bay of Plenty undertaking residential and commercial projects. 

We also work wider afield from time to time should the need arise.
 

Our clients include a successful, enthusiastic, loyal group of local builders / developers, group housing companies as well as individuals home owners.
 

Certified Finishers currently has a team of 22 tradesmen.  This solid group has grown over the years to become a talented, qualified team who take great pride in their work.  They have a wealth of experience and the ability to trouble-shoot and problem-solve 
all the while producing exceptional results for your home.

Shane Wisnewski – Owner

Born and raised in Tokoroa, Shane moved to The Mount in 2000. 
 

Shane has always worked in the building industry.  Firstly, as a builder for many years then going on to work as a sole trader in 1996 offering his services for plastering / gibstopping and gib fixing.
 

In 2004 Shane went on to establish Certified Finishers incorporating Painting services into his business. 
 

Shane has 2 children and loves the Bay of Plenty lifestyle.  He is an avid fisherman, regularly dives and often climbs Mauao.

Tracie Blundell – Office Manager

Tracie is a Wellingtonian, moving to Mount Maunganui in 1994.

With a sales and marketing background, Tracie moved into the construction industry in 2006.
 

Now, with a thorough understanding of the building process Tracie works alongside Shane and is involved in most aspects of this business – particularly the accounts management.
 

Tracie has three teenagers and when she is not supporting their endeavour’s, also enjoys the lifestyle of living in The Mount.
